UTAC has always played an important role in the automotive industry
history, chiefly by providing interface functions between government,
consumers and the automotive industry.

Independent technical organization, UTAC began as a certification
body with the certification of products in 1987. This activity
soon expanded to include certification of quality, environmental
management, and health and safety at work systems.
This certification scope includes nowadays a wide range of domains,
