First choice venues for corporate events
Our unique corporate event venues offer unlimited possibilities to deliver safe, unforgettable events of a variety of sizes. Situated across multiple large, private proving grounds in the UK, France and Finland, the venues offer sufficient space to run COVID-secure events, respectful of customer privacy. With access to private test tracks, a number of different types of driving events are possible. These include corporate driving days, product launches and training, with classroom sessions followed by driving experiences.
Corporate Event Venues - UK
Our five corporate event venues in the UK, situated near Bedford and Milton Keynes, each have their own character. Concept 1 and 2 are large venues for corporate events such as conferences and exhibitions. Pod and Cubo offer a more intimate space, hidden amongst the tracks, making them ideal for driving events such as corporate driving days. Building 22 has a cool, industrial feel and is big enough to accommodate a double-decker bus!
Corporate Event Venues - France
In France, we have two proving grounds near Paris that offer a unique venue for corporate events – the Linas-Montlhéry motor-racing circuit (14 km of tracks) and the Mortefontaine site (22 km of tracks). The tracks can be hired alongside workshops and reception areas for a variety of driving events including driver training.
The Linas-Montlhéry track also features the “Le 1924” reception hall – a unique, stylish corporate event venue. The building features a fully equipped indoor space with foldaway bleachers style seating, as well as a rooftop area with panoramic views.
Corporate Event Venues - Finland
Our winter test facility in Ivalo, Finland, can be hired for winter driving events. The location is famous for its natural, unspoilt beauty. At the same time, it is very well served by numerous hotels, restaurants and flight connections. A truly memorable experience is provided including the booking of hotels or luxury accommodation and the best of Finnish hospitality.
Whatever the event, our local team will make it easy for customers and guests to have an experience they will be talking about long after they have left the frozen North.
B2C Events
At UTAC, we have a dedicated team in France that creates customised events including conferences, team building and track days. Our iconic tracks across two sites near Paris host a variety of unforgettable driving events every year. We also have an expert driver training team available support any event.
Our Linas-Montlhéry Autodrome is an iconic venue steeped in automotive history. At this location, we provide public, themed festivals and meetings around classic and sports cars throughout the year. We also host rallies such as “Le Tour Auto”.
