At a time when cybersecurity occupies a paramount place on the agendas of automotive sector companies, two industry leaders, DNV and UTAC, have sealed a strategic partnership to provide comprehensive solutions to their respective clients.
Cybersecurity is a major challenge across all industry sectors, particularly in the automotive field. Two industry leaders have joined forces to offer a complete service to their respective clients.
UTAC has partnered with DNV, a certification body that holds a leading position globally. DNV specializes in the certification of management systems, as well as in training and digital asset assessment.
UTAC and DNV both offer a comprehensive suite of certification services to meet the cybersecurity and regulatory needs of the automotive industry around the following standards: ISO 21434, ISO 26262, ISO 24089.
In addition, UTAC offers a homologation service for organizations according to UNR 155 and 156 standards related to the mandatory integration of cybersecurity throughout the automotive manufacturers’ value chain. DNV offers certification according to the ISO 27001 standard related to Information Security Management Systems and evaluations compliant with the Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX).
Both DNV’s and UTAC’s customers will benefit from their mutual expertise related to these different standards.
By joining forces, the two companies offer complete cybersecurity management meeting the needs of equipment manufacturers in the face of normative requirements.
The partnership takes effect in France and will be effective throughout 2024.
