👉🏻 UTAC, a leading international group in the fields of mobility, announces the conclusion of the transaction to acquire a 15% stake in AVSimulation (a subsidiary of Sogeclair, a provider of innovative, high value-added solutions for more sober and safer mobility).
AVSimulation is a joint subsidiary of Renault Group, Dassault Systèmes and OKTAL (Sogeclair).

🎯 Objectives:
📌Provide customers globally with a complete offer of simulation scenarios incorporating the main regulatory and consumer test protocols (NCAP).
📌 Make available the integration of UTAC test scenarios within SCANeR™.
📌 Provide a competitive advantage for SCANeR™studio users of AVSimulation since the tests performed by simulation are very accurate.
📌 Make it easier for car manufacturers and OEMs to evaluate the performance of their systems from the design phase and throughout the development cycle.
📌 Reduce significantly the time, as well as the costs of development and tuning of future vehicles and systems.
