The edition of the 2024 UTAC Challenge was held at the end of May at the UTAC test center in Linas-Montlhéry. After a day of competition between 12 student teams, the winners were revealed.
The UTAC Challenge, dedicated to the mobility of the future, brought together 12 teams this year, including for the first time, a team from a British university, thus marking the internationalization of this competition.
And now, on to the winners:
- 1st place urban course: ESTACA
- 1st place parking course: ESTACA
- 1st place free trial: ESEO
- 1st place highway course: ENSTA Bretagne
- Best University: UTC
- Best professional team: UTBM
- NBTECH Automotive Passion Prize: ESEO
- Best prototype: ENSTA Bretagne
- Jury’s choice: Cranfield University
And finally, the winner of the 2024 edition: ESEO!
The UTAC teams thank all the students for the richness of their proposals, all the Challenge partners and the SIA. Registrations are already open for the 2025 edition and schools are invited to propose subjects on all the challenges of tomorrow’s vehicles, whether automation, energy efficiency or still life on board.
