Le 1924 - UTAC Linas-Montlhéry
At the heart of the UTAC Linas-Montlhéry racetrack is the ‘Le 1924’ function space, which was designed for multiple uses, and offers real benefits through its versatility. Thanks to its original layout, ‘Le 1924’ can be used for hosting events of varying formats and types: product presentations, business seminars, team building, photo shoots, film shoots, coaching, conferences, general assemblies, etc. Asphalt and all-terrain tracks top off our meeting infrastructure offer.
The building is equipped with:
– a large, modular central space with a mezzanine level
– a rooftop terrace offering a panoramic view of the site (430 m²)
– integrated audiovisual system
– vast outdoor area in front of the building
Its modular interior floor space offers 470 m² of flat surface, offering the possibility of showcasing vehicles or space for 224 tiered seats

Salle Pitlane - UTAC Linas-Montlhéry
The Pit-lane room is located at the centre of the speed ring. It is ideally suited to informal meetings and as the base for driving activity days. It can be configured as standard with audiovisual equipment and a bar for catering use.
This room offers 50 m² of floor space and can hold up to 30 people

Salle Helle Nice - UTAC Linas-Montlhéry
The Helle Nice room is located at the test centre entrance. It is perfect for meetings or training sessions.
Having undergone a comprehensive renovation in 2021, this room offers 80 m² of floor space and can hold up to 40 people.

Pavillon 1956 - UTAC Mortefontaine
‘Le 1956’ is a function space located at the centre of the site. It is ideal for conferences, exhibitions or business seminars.

Pavillon Jenson - UTAC Mortefontaine
This contemporary wooden building (137 m² plus a 55 m² extension) can welcome up to 120 people and is ideally suited to product launches, training, exhibitions, and courses followed by driving experiences. The UTAC events team can offer customers complete flexibility in terms of the design of their events, with the possibility of exclusive access for each site. The buildings are located in a secure environment, allowing complete confidentiality.
This space consists of:
- 1 covered wooden terrace in front of a large glazed window bays
- 1 catering room and 1 private room
- 1 private office
- Free Wi-Fi
