Job Description
UTAC Tyres China Sales Coordinator, as a member of UTAC Finland’s Sales Team, participates in the execution of sales and marketing activities in China. In this role you will support the UTAC Tyres China Business Development Manager, enabling them to focus on strategic customer relations as well as on acquiring new prospective customers.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Assist the UTAC Finland Sales Team in developing new domestic tyre industry customers and lead follow‑up.
- Support daily maintenance of existing customers
- Collect, organise, and update customer information, company qualifications, business needs, and market data of domestic tyre manufacturers.
- Handle full‑cycle paperwork for existing and new customers.
- Manage contracts, POs, invoices, statements, and all official documents in a standardised filing system.
- Assist with sample shipment to Europe: logistics, customs support if needed, and basic coordination.
- Actively maintain good business relationships with key customers and partners.
- Create and maintain sales reports, customers databases, performance trackers, and visit records.
- Complete other tasks assigned by sales related to client development, order processing, and administration.
Qualifications
Education: Bac+5, commercial or engineering training
Experience: 4 to 6 years of commercial responsibility preferably in an international context, sales of complex and/or varied products and/or services, good at customer service and eager to learn new things, English mandatory.
