Governance
At UTAC, a cross-functional ESG Team supports implementation of our sustainability strategy, engaging colleagues across departments.
Governance is shared across members of the Executive Committee through dedicated steering committees such as Testing and Quality, Risk, Health & Safety, Sales and Marketing, Innovation, Cash and Capex, and Ethics Committee.
In line with our broader approach to risk management and operational integrity, we also prioritise cybersecurity, holding ISO 27001 accreditation in the UK and France, delivering regular training, and conducting phishing simulations to maintain a high level of vigilance.
