フィンランドでは、UTACがメラトラックとイヴァロ空港の両施設で100km以上のテストコースを管理しており、いずれも冬季テスト専用となっている。これらの施設には、さまざまな屋外サーキットと5つの屋内コース（雪上、氷上、ウェット、ドライ）があり、1年を通してあらゆる気象条件下で車両とタイヤの総合的なテストが可能です。
